From 1 July 2025, the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS) replaces the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC).
The ServiceWA app is the fastest, most secure and convenient way to claim and redeem Kids Access All Areas Vouchers.
Rebates can only be claimed if you have successfully reserved a voucher and your tax invoice is submitted before 31 May 2026.
Claims must be submitted via the ServiceWA App.
If you reserved your voucher through the Alternative Claim Form, you will need to submit your rebate claim through the link provided in your confirmation email.
Claims submitted via other channels, like email, will not be accepted.
Participating in the Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program is a 3 step process:
You need a tax invoice as proof purchase of tickets from an approved venue or provider. If you do not have a tax invoice you cannot claim a rebate. If you lose your tax invoice please contact the venue or provider for a copy.
The tax invoice needs to include the following information:
Acceptable formats:
The tax invoice must not be handwritten or have handwritten additions such as a date or ABN.
If you have a tax invoice that itemises the ticket purchase plus other items, you can only claim the eligible ticket cost and associated fees and charges. No other items (for example, food, drink, merchandise) can be claimed.
Each voucher can be used across multiple transactions until the voucher value is exhausted.
For example, if your tax invoice shows you spent $180 on tickets and your voucher is worth $200, you will receive $180. If your tax invoice shows you spent $180 but your voucher is worth only $100, you will receive $100.
Successful claims will have payments delivered to their nominated bank account within approximately 7 working days. Claimants will receive a ServiceWA Inbox message notifying when their claim has been approved. Please check your bank statement as rebates can arrive before the inbox message.
Payments can only be made to one bank account. This will appear as KAAARebate on your bank statement.
