CITS requests that organisations only use a single bank account for ALL payments from the department. This may include payments for Infrastructure grants, KidSport or from other business areas. If you are an existing organisation, we will verify your provided bank account against your existing supplier account to confirm if there are changes.

To protect against potential EFT scams and fraud, banking details must be verified by the supplier/payee as an additional security measure. As part of the onboarding process, CITS and its supported agencies use Satori Australia’s OK2Pay solution to verify bank account details, ABN and other information. You may be contacted by a Satori representative to confirm these details. Payments will not be processed until verification of banking details has been completed.
If you have not received any payments from the department previously, your bank details have changed, or haven't received a payment from the department for over 18 months, please complete a Supplier (Payee) Creation and Amendment Form.

The organisation acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement and information regarding it is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1992 and that the Grantor may publicly disclose information in relation to this Agreement, including its terms and the details of the Organisation.
Any information provided by you to CITS can be accessed by you during standard office hours and updated by writing to CITS or calling the CITS office.
All information provided on this form and gathered throughout the assessment process will be stored on a database that will only be accessed by authorised departmental personnel and is subject to privacy restrictions.
CITS may wish to provide certain information to the media for promotional purposes. The information will only include the applicant’s club name, sport, location, and grant purpose.
